Day 1: Nakayima Tree –Transfer to Kibale Forest
We will set off early, by 7am. Our first stopover will be at Nakayima tree a place that stands as a symbol, historical and cultural icon that stems from thousands of years ago.It’s a story of the formation of one of the ancient kingdoms of Uganda that were trouble during the colonial times. Lunch will be in Fort portal town and later transferred to Kibale Forest where you will be staying for the 2 nights.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking in the morning –Bigodi Community walk
Kibale is the primate capital of the world, with over 13 species of primates and the largest concentration of chimpanzees in the whole world which we will be tracking today. In the afternoon, we will visit a community called Bigodi. The swamp walk is between one to three hours. In the evening return to your lodge.
Day 3: Tooro Palace –Transfer to Kampala/ Airport
Today, you will visit the palace of the youngest king on earth. Later you will be transferred to Kampala/ Airport
